📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Fees and Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required before starting any project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and approval. Work may pause if payments are delayed. Advance payments are refundable only if I fail to deliver as agreed. No refund will be provided once work has started and you choose to cancel.

2. Client Responsibilities and Materials

You must provide all necessary materials (logos, text, images, brand assets) on time. Delays in providing materials may extend the deadline. If I must source missing materials, extra charges may apply.

3. Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions will be offered. Major design or scope changes after approval may incur extra charges at $30/hour.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of agreement.

5. Project Timeline and Feedback

Project timelines depend on timely feedback. Assign one point of contact for smooth communication. Delayed feedback may push back the deadline.

6. Approval of Work

Once work is delivered, you have 7 days to request changes. After that, the project is considered approved and final payment is due.

7. Ownership of Materials

You are responsible for securing rights to any material you provide. I am not liable for copyright disputes from client-provided content.

8. Licensing and Ownership

Full rights and access (source files, hosting, domains) will be granted after all payments are cleared.

9. Search Engine Optimization

Basic SEO will be applied. No guarantee is given regarding search rankings.

10. Liability for Loss

I am not responsible for losses caused by delays or unforeseen issues.

11. Subcontracting

I may engage trusted third-party professionals to complete the project.

12. Privacy

Your personal and business information will be kept confidential and shared only when required by law or to complete the project.

13. Additional Expenses

You will be billed for additional purchases required to complete the project (premium plugins, stock photos, domains, hosting).

14. Backups and Maintenance

Once the project is handed over, you are responsible for maintaining and backing up your data. Post-launch support or recovery is available at additional cost.

15. Browser Compatibility

Projects are designed for modern browsers. Report issues within 14 days for fixes.

16. E-Commerce Compliance

If your project involves e-commerce, you are responsible for complying with all legal and tax requirements. I am not liable for claims or penalties.
